If onboarding your EV:

The site will ask you to log in using Auth0 (we recommend using a Google ID). This will allow us to control your charge port door, and in the future you will be able to view and retrieve your car using the mobile app.

You will also be asked to log in when signing up for the mobile app. Please take note of which account you use as the accounts must match in order to let you access your vehicle using the mobile app.
